Electric Under Floor Heating
M-Tek offer a free survey prior to a full installation of electric under floor heating. We are a ProWarm accredited installer fitting only the best quality mats and thermostats, and everything is fully tested prior to, during and after the installation process, ensuring those cold nights under foot are a thing of the past.
Other services
M-Tek work alongside estate agents and private landlords to carry out a large number of electric installation condition reports every year. All installations are tested against the latest BS7671 electrical regulations and where requested any remedial works are completed at a time that is convenient for both landlord and tenant.
Other services include consumer unit replacements, LED lighting upgrades, electric vehicle charging points, fault finding, full/partial rewires, outdoor sockets, bathroom and kitchen installations, chandeliers, smoke alarms, security lighting, garden rooms, ventilation and intercoms.
